How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to stay updated on the status of your package. 

Can I customize the size?

We want your personalized jewelry to feel specially made for you. If you need adjustments made to the sizing (i.e., a longer/shorter chain) or require any other small changes made, reach out to us here and we will try our best to accommodate to your request.

Can I modify my order?

For any modifications after an order is placed, please reach out to us at shop@bellexgrace.com within a few hours of placing the order. Please include your name, order number and details on the desired changes.

We cannot guarantee that changes will be made if the order has already been processed or shipped. Pieces with personalized stamping cannot be modified once processed.

Can I change my address?

If your order has not been shipped, reach out to us at shop@bellexgrace.com with your name, order number and new shipping address. 

Once an order is shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address. 

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped, reach out to us at shop@bellexgrace.com with your name and order number. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Products with personalized stamping cannot be cancelled once processed. 

Why haven't I received my order?

If you have not received your order after 1-2 weeks of the estimated date of delivery, reach out to us at shop@bellexgrace.com. Please include your name, order number and confirmation of the shipping address. We will do our best to figure out the situation and find the right solution. 

How do I take care of my jewelry?

We'd love to see your special pieces last a lifetime, so here are some tips on how to keep them good as new.

- Cleaning is simple! Gently buff the surface of your jewelry with a polishing cloth to maintain its shine

- Remove jewelry while applying lotion, makeup and sprays. Make sure to wipe off any residue with a polishing cloth if contact is made

- Avoid wearing jewelry during strenuous activities (i.e., sports, exercise, etc.) to prevent scratches and ware

- Avoid constant contact with water. Make sure to properly dry the jewelry after any contact with water

- When not being worn, keep jewelry stored in the pouch provided with your purchase or in an air tight container. You can also order extra pouches from us here. Make sure to avoid storing your jewelry in damp places (i.e., avoid storing in washrooms)

Can I leave a gift message?

Absolutely! Be sure to indicate at checkout that your order will be a gift, and leave a special message in the comment section. Gift messages will be written exactly as given, so double check the spelling to ensure no errors. 

What does the packaging look like?

The packaging will be discrete and will not include any receipts with monetary value. 

Do you have gift cards?

Of course! Digital gift cards can be purchased at values of $10, $25, $50 & $100. The recipient will receive an email containing a unique gift card code, which they can redeem at checkout.

Please note that valid gift cards must be purchased and used at BELLExGRACE.com and are non-refundable.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to Canada and the United States.

How fast is shipping?

As our jewellery pieces are handcrafted and made to order, processing time is typically 1-3 days after an order is placed. After processing, orders are shipped out during business days when the post office is open. Estimated delivery dates will be indicated at checkout. 

For Canadian orders, delivery time is typically 2-7 business days.

For U.S orders, delivery time is typically 1-3 weeks.

We work hard to ensure that you receive your special pieces as soon as possible! However, there may be delays in transit due to circumstances out of our control. 

Will my package have tracking?

Yes, all orders will be tracked! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can keep track of its status while it is heading your way.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

Duties and taxes are applied at checkout based on the state or province of the shipping address. 

BELLExGRACE is not responsible for duties and taxes incurred on packages and does not have any control over additional fees. Please contact your local customs office regarding related questions and for more information.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Currently, returns and exchanges are only available if your product has arrived damaged or if you have received the wrong item(s). Please note that initial shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the buyers responsibility.
